Notice of Public Hearing on Establishment of Scotts Corners Water District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pound Ridge will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2026, commencing at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as time allows, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the New York State Comptroller's order regarding formation of the Scotts Corners Water District.   

The public may attend the meeting either in person at the Town House or remotely.  Those wishing to view the meeting remotely without commenting may access the video livestream at vimeo.com/event/2423847. 

Those wishing to join the meeting by videoconference in order to offer comments at the public hearing must contact the Town Clerk's office by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 to receive the Zoom link and passcode.
