Notice of Public Hearing on Acceptance of State Comptroller's Order regarding Water District Formation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pound Ridge will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2026, commencing at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as time allows, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the New York State Comptroller's order regarding formation of the Scotts Corners Water District.  The order is posted below.

The public may attend the June 16 Town Board meeting either in person at the Town House or remotely.  Those wishing to view the meeting remotely without commenting may access the video livestream at vimeo.com/event/2423847. 

Those wishing to join the meeting by videoconference in order to offer comments at the public hearing must contact the Town Clerk's office by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, June 12, 2026 to receive the Zoom link and passcode.
