Zumba Gold is a low‑impact dance fitness class designed especially for adults 55+ who love great music & want a gentler, feel‑good workout. This 60‑minute session blends easy‑to‑follow Latin & international rhythms with movements that support balance, mobility, and overall well‑being. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, or simply prefer a lighter pace, Zumba Gold keeps the party going—without the intensity of a traditional Zumba class. Come dance, laugh, and move at a level that feels right for you.

Rooted in Latin rhythms, it’s appropriate for all levels of skill and conditioning. Movement and music bring people together! The emphasis of my class is always on fun, freedom, and connection.
