General Pool Facility Rules

1. Pool Pass Members must show a physical card or iphone wallet card in order to gain entry to the pool facility.

2. Non-permit holders must pay the daily admission fee, show identification and sign Town of Pound Ridge general waiver.

3. The Town is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property.

4. The Recreation Department reserves the right to clear the pool area during threat of electrical storms or any other potentially hazardous situations.

5. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere in the pool complex.

6. Food and beverages are permitted in the concession area only. Food is not allowed on the grass areas.

7. No glass of any kind is permitted inside the pool facility.

8. Smoking is prohibited throughout the pool facility. 

9. No dogs or other animals are allowed inside the pool facility - with the exception of guide dogs.

10. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool facility. 

12. Any group who wishes to use the pool facilities for a special occasion, must fill out a request form and receive approval by the Recreation Department.
