Participants will cook and bring their meal home or enjoy it at the moment!
Meal: Eggplant Meatballs with Spaghetti Squash Pasta (Gluten Free & Vegetarian), appetizer & side dish.
Chef, Amy Rosen, specializes her homestyle cooking using the freshest ingredients, and she is a 3rd generation chef who began cooking classes in 2011.
